This is like a curry guacamole. Super-simple and surprisingly delicious!
1 large ripe avocade
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. bee pollen
1/4 tsp. crystal manna powder
1/2 tbsp. curry powder
Mush everything up together with a fork and enjoy!

Local meets Global Superfood Truffle Balls
Part of the ingredients are foods that are local to where I live (walnuts, hazelnuts, figs and carob) and the rest of the ingredients are more exotic superfoods from far away. They sort of represent to me the best way of living within the current paradigm- eating as locally as possible but taking the best of everything else (as ethically and sustainably as possible, of course!)
