Homemade Pizza Video Recipe⭐️ | Start to Finish Pizza Recipe with Dough, Sauce and Toppings

This video is my secrets to making great restaurant quality pizza at home.
Tools you will need –
– 1 or 2 Stoneware Pizza Stones
– Pizza Cutter
– Pizza Peel
– Pizza Ladle / Spoodle – A ladle bent flat, see video

Place your pizza stone into your oven, and then preheat your oven to 500 degrees. It is critical that before turning your oven on, that you place your pizza stone into the oven, so that the temperature of both rises simultaneously. Once your oven reaches 500 degrees wait 10 – 15 minutes before starting, to ensure that your pizza stone comes to temperature. Now you are ready to start making pizza!

Dough –

If you have a good recipe for pizza dough feel free to make your own. Mario Batalli has a good recipe that you can use. I prefer to purchase a few dough balls from a local pizza restaurant.

They usually only charge me a few dollars for two or three dough balls and it makes the process a little easier. Ask the manager at your favorite local pizza shop if they will sell you large dough balls, in my experience most will not have a problem with it.

– Make sure that your dough temperature is at 60 degrees Fahrenheit before pounding out your dough. If your dough is too cold you will end up with lots of bubbles when you cook the pizza.

Pizza Sauce –

Enough for 4 large pizza’s

1 28 oz container Pomi Strained Tomatoes (You can substitute Hunt’s Tomato Sauce if Pomi is unavailable)
1 6 oz Can of Hunt’s Tomato Paste
½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together until smooth. If you have time, let the sauce sit for at least an hour before making your pizza. You want all of the flavors to come together. You can even make the sauce a day ahead and store it in your fridge until you are ready to use it.

Cheese Combination –
I like the following combination, but feel free to experiment and try different cheeses.

– Sliced Provolone cheese (I like Sargento or Boar’s Head)
– Sliced or shredded mozzarella (Some mozzarella cheeses, especially the shredded version don’t have a lot of flavor)
– Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
– Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese

If you have any questions please leave a comment below, I will make sure to answer. Have fun and enjoy making tasty pizza in the comfort of your own home!

how coconut oil help you lose weight? Proven Method for fitness.

Coconut oil is the world's most weight loss friendly fat. It contains a unique combination of fatty acids with powerful effects on metabolism. Several studies show that just by adding coconut oil to your diet, you can lose fat, especially the “dangerous” fat in the abdominal cavity.

Benefits of Coconut Oil - Stop putting chemicals on your skin [Dec. 13th, 2016|02:23 pm]

Razowana Rashid
Coconut oil can provide a fun and nutrient packed way to help you take care of your skin.

Before applying it to your skin, please note that absorption may vary depending on a number of factors, including skin texture and thickness. When you apply it, be sure not to apply too much in any single area. This may permit it to sit on the surface of your skin, where it may be more easily rubbed off onto something that it could ultimately stain.

As a rule, apply only as much as your body will easily absorb and remember that a little bit goes a looong way. So, if your skin is too oily after applying coconut oil, use less next time and save a little money.

For decades, people have been using it for a long list of beauty related purposes, including (in alphabetical order):

Aging skin (it naturally contains anti-oxidants, including Vitamin E)
Body scrub (diy recipe included below)
Cuticle softener
Eye cream
Facial cleanser
Foot health
Lip balm (diy recipe included below)
Make-up removal
Scalp massage
Shaving cream replacement
Skin hydration and moisturizer (elbows, hands, feet, eyes, face, neck)

In a body scrub, coconut oil can play the leading role or it may be used as part of the supporting cast.

To make one of the easiest Do-It-Yourself (DIY) body scrubs you will ever find, just combine equal parts coconut and sugar. Then mix these two ingredients together with a spoon, until well blended.

raw buckwheat porridge [Jul. 6th, 2012|11:58 am]
Raw Recipes: Eat it Alive! :-O

This is one of those recipes that certainly can't be considered gourmet, but for me at least is a new staple in my kitchen. I have seen these on many, many raw food blogs so it isn't a new concept by any means. However, something about the idea of blended sprouted buckwheat always seemed just...gross to me. Being very, very pregnant and dying for a change up in my breakfast routine, I decided to give it a go. And lo and behold....I love it!

Raw Buckwheat Porridge

Here, I used thawed and frozen mixed berries. Since then, I have also used sliced bananas and sliced peaches, which was also delicious, but something about the liquidy juiciness from thawed frozen fruit makes it just that extra degree more awesome.

Super duper easy- here is the recipe:

Raw Buckwheat Porridge

1 cup sprouted buckwheat
2 tbsp. lucuma powder
1 tbsp. tahini
6 drops vanilla stevia (or 1 tbsp. other sweetener)
1/4 cup almond milk or water

Place everything in a food processor and process until smooth. Top with thawed frozen berries and bee pollen or whatever else tickles your fancy.

Super Curry Macamole
This is like a curry guacamole. Super-simple and surprisingly delicious!

Super Curry Macamole

1 large ripe avocade
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
pinch salt
2 tbsp. bee pollen
1/4 tsp. crystal manna powder
1/2 tbsp. curry powder

Mush everything up together with a fork and enjoy!
I am loving it here with a red pepper and flax cracker I made.

These are what I am calling
Local meets Global Superfood Truffle Balls
Local meets Global Superfood Truffle Balls
Part of the ingredients are foods that are local to where I live (walnuts, hazelnuts, figs and carob) and the rest of the ingredients are more exotic superfoods from far away. They sort of represent to me the best way of living within the current paradigm- eating as locally as possible but taking the best of everything else (as ethically and sustainably as possible, of course!)

recipe here, as this is already too long ;)

easy and yummy? [Aug. 16th, 2010|12:58 pm]
Raw Recipes: Eat it Alive! :-O

Hey everybody!

Normally, people say how easy it is to eat raw in Summer. And to an extent, yes that is true- summer fruits and abundance of zucchinis, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.

For me though, it's actually harder. I'm a teacher and so i am not working at the moment. I've got a few issues and my lack of routine seriously makes it difficult. I can't even muster the enthusiasm to clean my kitchen and all I want is stodgy, heavy things to numb myself out emotionally.

So- does anyone have ideas for ridiculously simple recipes that also taste really good?

Also- something to share. I made an incredibly delicious cinnamon plum sorbet based on this recipe here:

I used:
2 c plum puree ( I used the skins as well and a combination of red and yellow plums)
.5 c agave (I actually used honey but as this is a vegan group...)
1 c sunflower/sesame milk (much cheaper than almond!)
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch salt.

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Either freeze in ice cream maker or do what I did and freeze it in a plastic container in the freezer, stirring every half hour for 4 hours so it doesn't crystallize.
It was sooo delicious and really easy, too! I can see more sorbet in my future.

Help? [Dec. 5th, 2009|12:45 am]
Raw Recipes: Eat it Alive! :-O

I have been interested in raw foods for a long while, and have been sharing lots of information which I have come across on Facebook to people.. as I think the idea of raw foods is such a good idea and the high levels of happiness people seem to have on a raw diet makes me really excited to start eating raw!! I'm currently doing a lot of research and stuff before I start and such.

After posting up another article I found onto facebook someone replied with the first negative thing I have heard on the subject... and was wondering if it was true, and if not what could I say to them with some evidence to back up my opinion kinda thing? (I've never been great in debates but I do want to put a positive light on raw diets but I obviously still need to learn more information always to argue my case etc!) =]

"the raw food diet is a bad idea. it can cause anemia, kidney and liver failure or dysfunction as well as complete lack of essential fats, acids and minerals. you need to eat a balanced diet and taking vitamins prepared in pill form are completely useless as they are often not taken up by the body as we contain more of the essential vitamins in our body and we are able to use those reserves when needed. just eat healthly and you will get a lot further. promotion of diets of this nature is not good as the amount of people with dietary problems is from fad diets and promotes anorexia, bulimia and poor health. sorry to sound a prude but i have to air an opinon on these things as i feel so many fall to the detrimental advice of already fad dieters.xxx"

"also i forgot to add it makes your hair fall out, nails and teeth can become discoloured and weak. you are more likely to have outbreaks of spots, bad halatosis. basically this shit causes more damage than good and that website is promoting self abuse basically. the claim that it can cure major illnesses is bollocks, nothing cures cancer or MS. please don't believe these radicals. x "
